Another standout feature is its impressive 90-minute fire rating. This ensures peace of mind knowing your important documents, electronics, heirlooms, and other valuables are protected in the event of a fire. An intumescent door seal expands when exposed to heat, sealing the interior. For enhanced security, the safe includes four pre-drilled mounting holes and comes standard with the mounting hardware needed to anchor it securely.
Additional features include your choice of a battery- or electric-powered internal light kit (a $150 value), plus a built-in fire-resistant outlet with three plugs and dual USB ports. This makes it easy to power accessories such as lighting or a dehumidifier rod, or to charge a device while it's stored securely inside.
To make forced entry more difficult, the Dominion 22 features 14 massive 1-1/2" solid steel locking bolts. A drill- and ballistic-resistant hardplate is also included to slow down any attempted breach. For quick access, the safe comes standard with a UL Listed Type 1 EMP-resistant S&G electronic lock, and you can change the access code yourself anytime.
Inside, the high-contrast orange interior improves visibility, and a built-in door organizer provides additional space for small valuables and accessories.
